Providence Realty Investment, LLC owns 17 government subsidized housing communities in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and has contracted Wingate Management Company, LLC to oversee the property management of its affordable housing portfolio. PRI’s communities are well maintained, enjoy an extremely stable tenant basis with low turnover and are mostly age-restricted.
