PRI currently owns 18 government subsidized housing sites, totaling 1,639 units throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts.  The successful management and financing of these sites have prompted further expansion of its affordable housing portfolio.  As part of its marketing plan, PRI is looking to expand its current government subsidized housing portfolio by seeking qualified equity investors and obtaining favorable financing.
